Intensive Classes
The FalconRE Group offers legal firms and their attorneys intense 1-hour classes that are excellent primers for conducting environmental real estate due diligence in New Jersey, and are approved for 1.2 New Jersey Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
The FalconRE Group also offers real estate brokerage firms an intense 20-30 min real estate due diligence primer focusing on commercial and industrial real estate due diligence – specifically, environmental due diligence – including the regulatory and business reasons why such due diligence can and often should be conducted.

Extensive Classes
The FalconRE Group is also proud to offer instruction at a one-day “Due Diligence in New Jersey” course, formerly presented by the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association since 2015, and now presented by Continuing Professional Education Services (CPES). This class is approved for 7 Continuing Education Credits for LSRPs (including 3.5 Regulatory CECs and 3.5 Technical CECs); 8.2 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for attorneys; and 2 Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) credits for Professional Engineers.​
