LEADERSHIP

The FalconRE Group is led by an industry leader in the commercial and industrial real estate due diligence field.  With more than 23 years’ experience in the environmental and engineering consulting industry, Chemmie understands the benefits of high-quality due diligence. 

 

Chemmie is an active member of the ASTM Committee E50 on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management, and Corrective Action where he was the final editor of the E1527-21 Phase I ESA standard, and is also an ASTM International-certified instructor.

Chemmie also has extensive knowledge of New Jersey state environmental requirements, and has been a frequent course instructor for the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA) for many years.

 

Chemmie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Water Resources, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a Real Estate concentration.

Chemmie also hold a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license.
