Here at the FalconRE Group, we’re so grateful we’re able to support our communities and local charities, and help protect the environment. 

 

Each associate in the firm is an intrinsic part of who we are and what we do, and each is encouraged to give back to humanity and the planet in whatever way is inspirational and meaningful to them. 

 

Some of our Giving Back Initiatives * include:

 

Event Sponsoring – We’re honored to sponsor the events and charities closest to our associates’ hearts, from golf tournaments to food drives, and bake sales to marathons.  The more our associates get involved, the more the firm supports them.

Volunteer Time Off – Each associate receives two paid days off each year to volunteer at a charity of their choice.  Firm-wide volunteering together is also encouraged.

Matching Donations – The firm matches associates’ donations to the charities of their choice, up to $500 per year.

​

Pay It Forward Incentives – Associates are encouraged to think of exciting ways the firm and its associates can “pay it forward”.  Extra points given for creativity and added fun factor.

Bonus Sharing – Every time an associate gets a bonus for a job well done, the firm matches a percentage of that bonus and donates it to a charity of the associate’s choice.
